Which Side Are You On?

Today, I found myself wishing my life had an automatic On star devise, so I could send out an S.O.S. The call for help would have resounded with a loud, “Calling virtual assistant, business owner in distress.”

As I enjoyed a great lunch today getting to know a fellow speaker and coach, I found myself expressing (no surprise here) that the challenge in my work is always the detail stuff.

I can totally loose myself in a day of writing, sitting down at the computer in the morning and not looking up until five O’clock. I enjoy writing so much that I often realize I totally overlooked lunch. The same is true with teaching one of my workshops, speaking at an event, working on a speech for an event, (all of the vision stuff) but please someone save me from web design, figuring out automatic article submissions, auto responders for newsletters and the host of other things that make me coo coo for coco puffs.

If anyone knows of a good web designer who is easy to work with please send me their contact information and other names of people who could help me run my business! Its one thing to be a visionary, but you gotta have a team to implement the vision. Here I am calling out for my team!

That is why we aren’t all alike. If we all could get the job done, there would be no new ideas. And if we all were idea people we’d never stop dreaming to accomplish anything. It’s important to know which one you are and get on the right side of the vision.
